TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The minimum purchase value to qualify for the program is SGD 500,000.
2. This program grants the client a one-hour private close-door shopping experience in the gallery. An appointment is to be made at least one week in advance. 
3. The ION Orchard Special Rewards is applicable to ION+ Rewards Members. Gifts are non-exchangeable for cash and are non-transferrable. Terms and conditions of ION+ Rewards applies.
4. The AMEX 10XCELERATOR benefits are applicable only to AMEX Centurion & Platinum cardholders. Steinway Gallery Singapore will not be liable in case of dispute, and shall not provide recourse on matters pertaining to AMEX Membership Rewards.
5. Shipping Costs and Import Duties – our appointed freight forwarder will provide a quotation for shipping cost and import duties. Upon your agreement to the quotation, you may pay the shipping cost and import duties directly to our freight forwarder. 
6. Zero-rated GST is only applicable to buyers who want to export the piano overseas and is able to provide a delivery address upon purchase. 
7. The Magic Carpet Experience is valid till 31 December 2024. 
8. By participating in this program, the client and all accompanying persons acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined for the Steinway Magic Carpet Experience.
