Fantastic - from the sales to after service, tuning, to the actual piano itself. Every step was quality. Sales were very responsive, knowledgeable, not pushy while supportive. The piano itself is amazing, so well balanced, not too heavy - the bass is so responsive! So much better than other popular exam Brands, while not costing the price of a Tesla.
Children too appreciate a good masterpiece.

The Boston was a pleasure to test and is a pleasure to play. It is robust to touch and hear, and provides the pianist with a thoroughly satisfying playing experience.
It offers a range and technicality that easily trumps pianos of similar price points from other brands.
The Steinway-designed piano is highly sensitive and polished, lending to its superb ability to produce myriad tone colors and moods. The piano’s touch is even, with just the right amount of resistance. It helps me to be more aware of how much force I use to hit the keys, allowing me to expand my range of sound, and to become a more sophisticated pianist.
Steinway-designed pianos suit beginners, intermediate learners, and professionals, making it a very apt brand for the people around me.

The Boston UP-126 allows my students more latitude in creating musically expressive statements with its enchanting singing tone, long sustain, and wide dynamic range.

My experience with the Boston Upright Piano has been really great.
The keyboard is very responsive and sensitive to touch when played upon and there is a great singing tone quality throughout the piano (high vibrancy on the higher range of keys with rich bass sounds at the lower ranger of keys), giving out a sense of powerful, sustained tone, just like the features of a grand piano.
Every single part (soundboard and keyboard) of Boston UP-126E definitely gives me the opportunity to express my musicality in a piece of music that I play.
Overall, this is an excellent Boston UP-126E model that I would highly recommend to students and teachers who are looking out for a good piano to kickstart their learning journey in piano studies.
