It is never too late to learn an instrument. More and more adults are picking up piano as a hobby to keep themselves mentally active. With many years of experiences under her belt, Roxana Tang – music educator and author, brings fresh new perspectives on sharpening the mind through music and piano lessons.

Roxana’s love for music began before she started lessons at 8. Having studied piano with Mdm Catherine Tan Siew Eng, Sir Victor Doggett, Mrs Rena Phua, Mrs Anita Olsen and Ms Nina Scolnik, she has taught music, namely piano, for more than three decades. Besides a Distinction for Grade 8 in Piano and Merit in Voice as a Mezzo Soprano, Roxana has also experienced teaching little children in groups of 12 at Yamaha Music School for 14 years.

Since the publication of the “Remember Your Creator” books, she has conducted many seminars for piano teachers, both physically and on zoom, to teachers locally and abroad, as far as the United Kingdom and on public platforms such as Steinway Piano Gallery. Roxana sees the need for children to sing and sight sing meaningful songs, besides playing the piano, thereby obtaining a greater affinity to music, a God-given expression specially created for mankind.
