25th April 2023 SINGAPORE Steinway is proud to announce that Celine Goh, General Manager of Steinway Gallery Singapore and Steinway Boutique Manila, has clinched the Best Overall Performance Award, the Best Steinway SPIRIO Performance Award, as well as the Top Boston & Essex Sales Award, at the prestigious Steinway Asia Pacific Business Excellence Awards Ceremony held in Shanghai on 24th April 2023.

With these latest wins, Ms Goh’s has clinched a total of fourteen awards since the Steinway Asia Pacific Business Awards was launched. In 2016, Ms Goh clinched the Best Marketing Award, followed by Best Overall Performance in 2017, Top Boston & Essex Private Sales Award in 2018, Best Overall Steinway Spirio Performance Award in 2019 and in 2021, and Most Improved Institutional Award (Philippines) in 2020, and the Best Overall Performance Award for four years in a row, from 2019 to 2022.

Steinway Asia Pacific Business Excellence Awards Ceremony is an annual event that recognizes the efforts of exceptional employees in the face of the ever-evolving piano-retail industry. The Best Overall Performance Award serves as a means of acknowledging and celebrating the top-performing companies and their executives in the piano retail industry.

  • Participants must present 3 contrasting selections.
  • Repertoire must include the first movement of a Sonata by Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Clementi, or Schubert.
  • No concerti or transcriptions are allowed.
  • Participants are required to perform the exact same repertoire for further stages of the competition.
  • Auditions will be conducted in a continuous, live-recording manner. Re-takes are not allowed.

Maximum 20 minutes
